  • JSFITUS: Refers to the online platform developed by JSFITUS, which provides service and data management functions.
  • User: Individuals or businesses that own a JSFITUS account and use its products or services.
  • Personal Information: Data that can identify an individual or reflect personal activities, such as name, contact details, ID number, exercise and health information, and device information.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Information that, if disclosed, may endanger personal and property security, such as ID numbers, passwords, and reports.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Registration and Login:

    • Register via mobile number, email, or third-party software authorization.
    • Contact information or pictures provided by the user.

Device Pairing:

    • When scanning a QR code to pair a device, access to the camera and device information (IMEI, MAC, IP) is required.
    • Identity verification requires name, gender, age, health information, etc.

Health Information:

  • Includes heart rate, blood oxygen levels, steps, sleep data, etc., used for health reports and assessments.

Reports and Health Services:

  • Provide health management information and records based on user data.
  • Future developments may require more precise data for health management applications.

Pairing Other Users’ Devices:

  • Consent from the other party is required before pairing with another user’s device.
  • For family usage, please follow privacy regulations within the family scope.

Social Features:

    • Comments, messages, and shared content within the software are considered personal information.
    • If publishing content that involves others’ privacy, prior consent is required. Unauthorized disclosure is not permitted.

Customer Service and Business Cooperation:

    • When users seek consultation or assistance, the system may collect personal information.
    • If business partners provide privacy-related information, we will obtain it in accordance with legal procedures.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide products and services.
  • To offer users relevant information or marketing services (with prior consent).
  • For health management and research analysis to provide reports and suggestions.
  • To provide additional functions (such as location services, camera, photo album access, etc.).
  • If information is used beyond this policy, prior consent will be obtained.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Information

  • Legal Sharing: Information may be shared as required by law or for dispute resolution.
  • Authorized Sharing: With user consent, necessary information may be shared with partners.
  • Security Disclosure: Information may be disclosed to protect user or public safety.
    This policy will be updated according to business and regulatory changes. Updates will be announced in the app for reference. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.

4. Data Retention and Storage Period

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law or you have provided separate consent. Specifically:

  • User account information: Retained for as long as you use the application. If you deactivate your account, we will delete all personal data associated with your account within 180 days.
  • Usage records and analytics data: After anonymization, such data may be used for service optimization and will be retained for no more than 2 years.
  • Legal or dispute-related requirements: Certain data may be retained as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes and will be deleted once the relevant proceedings are concluded.

5. Data Deletion Methods
You may delete your personal data at any time via the following methods:

  • In-app operation: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account to request deletion of your personal data and account.
  • Contact us: You may also submit a deletion request via email to jst80057118@gmail.com, and we will process it within 15 days.

6. Health Data Permissions
To provide personalized health tracking, risk alerts, and wellness insights, JSFITUS requests access to specific health-related data types through the Android Health Connect API. The collection and use of each data type are strictly limited to the core functionality of the app and comply with Google Play’s minimum necessary use policy.

7. Permissions We Request and Why

Our app may request the following permissions to provide core functionalities:

  • Camera: Used for scanning QR codes to pair devices securely.
  • Location: Required for features such as step tracking and Bluetooth connectivity with wearable devices (Android mandates location access for Bluetooth pairing).
  • Storage/Photos: Used to allow users to upload profile pictures or save activity reports locally.
  • Phone State (if applicable): Used to manage device connections and ensure stability during data sync.
  • Notifications: To remind users of activity goals, health tips, and system alerts.

We do not collect or use any personal data through these permissions beyond the stated purposes. All data access is handled securely and only when needed.

JSFITUS will never use these sensitive data types for advertising, profiling, or any unauthorized sharing. Data is stored securely, encrypted during transmission, and managed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
